ADMISSIONS/ WILL CALL - Check tickets and credentials at various admission gates. Volunteers will use scanners to scan tickets and credential barcodes upon entrance.  Issue and manage tickets at Will Call that are left for spectators or professionals. Sell tickets for walk up sales. Provide general information to spectators. Must be 21 years of age or older. Shifts Thursday, September 4 – Sunday, September 7

COURTESY CARS & TRANSPORTATION – Volunteers will drive shuttle vehicles between St Louis airport, hotels and course for tournament approved transfers. You will not be driving your own vehicle. It is intended to schedule volunteers to shuttle a specific player based on their flight plans as they arrive and return home after the tournament. Must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license. Background check required. Shifts Friday, September 2 – Monday, September 12

GOLF CARTS & ADA CART SHUTTLE – Assist with keeping track of inventory, distribution and maintenance of golf carts. The committee utilizes a predetermined list of those who are authorized to receive a golf cart.  Provide assistance to spectators whose physical limitations prevent them from accessing the golf course through shuttle golf cart rides. Provide assistance to players who need a ride to their starting hole and driving range. Six passenger carts are used for this committee, volunteer will need to be comfortable driving in crowds and turning around in limited space. A training session will be offered so volunteers can learn routes. Must be at least 21 years of age or older.  Shifts Monday, September 1 – Sunday, September 7

HOSPITALITY & CLUBHOUSE CREDENTIALS - Ensure only those with proper credentials are admitted into the clubhouse and on-course hospitality venues. Scanning credentials and tickets along with wrist banding guests for proper venues. Act as concierge for VIP guests. Know course map to assist spectators find their destination. Must be 21 years of age or older. Shifts Thursday, September 4 – Sunday, September 7

MARSHAL Flex Team – The members of this group will be assigned to support targeted areas of need as they develop throughout the tournament. Assignments will include being directed to an area that is experiencing significant spectator or player traffic, filling in the spots on tee boxes, greens, landing area and crosswalks. Could include assisting players move through crowds on course. These individuals will enjoy an opportunity to experience the event from an array of possible marshal assignments. Must be 21 years or age or older. Shifts Thursday, September 4 – Sunday, September 7

MARSHALS – Maintain walkways throughout the golf course, provide gallery control and assist with player evacuation from the golf course should the tournament have a weather delay. Must be 21 years of age or older. Shifts Wednesday, September 3 – Sunday, September 7

ON-COURSE SERVICES - Stock and deliver on-course refreshments and ice to the tee boxes. Assist with package delivery and sponsor deliverables. This includes set-up the weekend prior to tournament and final clean-up on Sunday night following tournament week. Requiring heavy lifting and manual labor, must consider physical demands of lifting and being active. Will work in teams throughout the day. Must be 18 years of age or older. Shifts Monday, September 1 – Sunday, September 7  

PATRON INFORMATION - Help greet and direct patrons, assist with digital pairing sheets, answer questions, and assist at entrances. Volunteers will be working Thursday through Sunday at all Public Entrances and all main patron crossing points. Assist with educating and remaindering fans of health and safety policies and procedures that are in place during tournament week.  Shifts Thursday, September 4 – Sunday, September 7

PRO-AM – Assist in registering amateurs and professionals playing in Pro-Am events and assist in organizing and handing out gifts to the participating amateurs. Assist with the set-up of the Pro-Am Pairings Party, help to greet and check in all participants and their guests. Pro-Am events will be held earlier in Tournament week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) on site at Norwood Hills Country Club. Must be 21 years of age or older. Shifts Tuesday, September 2 – Thursday, September 4

STANDARD BEARERS - Carry a two-sided scoring standard (5lbs.), which is a portable status board for posting players' scores to keep spectators updated on how each player stands with respect to par, both in the round being played and cumulatively. Must be 13 years of age or older. Required to walk all 18 holes and extended periods of standing. Shifts Friday, September 5 – Sunday, September 7

TELEVISION/ GOLF CHANNEL - Support television broadcast production team with needs related to the events live broadcast coverage. Required to walk course or stand for long periods of time. Must be 18 years of age or older. Shifts Friday, September 5 – Sunday, September 7

TRAFFIC & PARKING - Assist with parking lot operations, traffic flow, shuttle loading within event parking locations. Parking Locations may be off-site from the tournament grounds and accessible by shuttle bus. Must be 21 years of age or older.  Shifts Monday, September 1 – Sunday, September 7

UNIFORMS – Inventory and distribute uniform packages to all registered volunteers, approx. 700 volunteers. Must be 21 years of age or older. Shifts would be prior to tournament in early August

VOLUNTEER HEADQUARTERS – Operation of the volunteer headquarters facility during Tournament week. Provide an upbeat atmosphere for fellow volunteers. Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to, distributing volunteer uniforms that were not picked up at training, selling additional uniform pieces, assisting with coffee and meal set up/distribution, tidying up headquarters and helping to manage the volunteer pool. Must be 21 years of age or older. Shifts Monday, September 1 – Sunday, September 7
